Your retirement benefits are based on the contribution that was negotiated in your contract, how many years you worked, and how old you are when you decide to retire.   Most members of Local 986 are covered by the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Plan. The Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Plan is now on-line. Get Pension information at: www.wctpension.org However, some members are covered by employer pension plans.
